First things first, get in touch and let's chat about what you are looking to gain from coaching. Let's determine if we will work well together and if I am what you are looking for in a coach.
Then we can map out how many sessions to initially book in. Everyone is so different and of course life and goals are so individual. Some clients have only needed 3 or 4 sessions, some have had 8 or 10 sessions. Some clients have coaching as a one off, others have come back for a refresher session or another course of sessions. The good news is, this is about you and your needs. You won't be tied into a financial commitment to a course of sessions, you pay as you go and I have a wide variety of time slots so we can always find a time that works for you.
The sessions are usually virtual (via Teams), I find most people like to do this so that they are in their own environment but there are walk and talk sessions or for business clients I can do workplace visits. Most sessions are typically a duration 60 minutes.
