Coaching sessions are typically a duration 60 minutes and usually take place virtually, via Teams. If however you would prefer to walk and talk, do let me know.
How many sessions you will need really depends on what area of your life you want to work on and how many goals you have.
I would recommend initially booking in for your complimentary 30-minute call, to let us have a chat about coaching and what it is that you are looking for. Following this call, if we have decided that we would work well together, we can then discuss booking you in for some sessions.
